Marinated with lemon juice, ginger, garlic and chilli.


Yes, they are THAT big.


Egg fried rice.


Baby corn, onion, chillis, ginger and button mushrooms.


Stir fry veg and Szechuan pepper sauce.


Out the oven.


Looking good.


Shelled and ready to eat.


Quite a mouthful.


Best enjoyed with a cold Heineken.
